FAQ:
Do you accept private orders?
Yes!
Can I access the digital versions of Fact File and Key Organisations
without the need for a password and code?
Yes, they are also accessible by your static IP address (ie if you use
the same connection to the internet all of the time). We need to know
the single IP address of the proxy server or gateway that your computers
use to access the Internet.
Do you accept payment by credit card?
Yes - we accept payment by VISA, Mastercard or Switch (not American Express).
How much do you charge for postage and packing?
p&p £1(mainland UK), FREE on orders over £30. (p&p elsewhere at cost).
Do you pay return postage on approval copies?
Sorry - we pay the postage one way only. (The great majority
of people choose to keep the titles they receive. Paying return postage
for the others would put up our prices!)
Why do you ask for confirmation of email address on the order
form?
Email addresses are very unforgiving and some people mistype them or mis-remember
them. If you don't receive a confirmation of your order it's because your
email address is wrongly entered.
